SHIPPING

  • Offer only available for deliveries in the North and South Islands of New Zealand.
  • All orders will be shipped after 1:00 pm the day after the order is completed or the bank receives the money (not including the weekend), Note payment by bank transfer can take 2 to 3 business days. 

 

INSTALLATION WARNING

  • All electrical work must be performed by a licensed electrician.

 

REFUND

  •  Bright home offers a 14 day right of return policy to our online customers.
  • Please note, we will not be responsible for reimbursement of damage to a product done by another person and/or company (i.e. electricians, contractors, etc).
  • Please note that the finishes and colors of many of the products you see online may differ in person since every person’s computer monitor differs from others. This is not considered a defective item.
  •  Please contact us before returning the product by emailing us at web.brighthomeltd@gmail.com.
  •  Return needs the product is still in its original condition, has its original packing and has not been installed. Proof of purchase needed as well.
  •  Return freight at customers cost or you can deliver to the nearest store.
  •  After we receive and check the product, our online support will process the refund to your credit card(or transfer to your bank account if you paid by bank transfer before).

 

WARRANTY

  • All products have a minimum 12-month warranty if installed by a qualified electrician. We have a 3-year warranty on all Bright home LED downlights. 
  • We do not warranty for a product that isn’t installed by a licensed professional.
  • Please note, we will not be responsible for reimbursement of damage to a product done by another person and/or company (i.e. electricians, contractors, etc).
