4.1. Free Shipping: Google ads may incorrectly display "Free Shipping." Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout. Only Click & Collect orders are eligible for free shipping.
5. Discount Codes
5.1. Eligibility: Discount codes provided via email or online are valid for online use only and cannot be redeemed in physical stores.
5.2. Restrictions: Discount codes can only be used on full RRP items and are not applicable to sale items.
6. Pre-Order Items
6.1. Delays: Recognized worldwide incoming shipping and supply delays may affect delivery dates of pre-order items. All delivery dates are approximate and subject to factors beyond our control. We will update customers with relevant order information as necessary.
7. Product Orders
7.1. Age Requirement: Our products are intended for sale to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By proceeding with a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
7.2. Order Acceptance: We will endeavor to accept or reject your order within seven (7) days. If not responded to within this period, your offer is considered rejected. We are not obligated to provide reasons for rejecting an order, but it is likely due to product unavailability.
7.3. Title and Risk: Title to the goods passes to you upon receipt of payment. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we dispatch them.

13.3. Online Gift Cards: Online gift cards are redeemable only on www.thedesignstore.co.nz and cannot be used in-store.
